Jyshell Creations began in 2018 while I was still in high school. I've always loved jewelry, but as a student, most of the pieces I admired were out of reach. At the same time, I had a growing collection of shells gathered from countless days spent at the beach, something I had loved doing since childhood.

With a little creativity and a lot of curiosity, I began turning those shells into earrings and necklaces. When I shared my first collection of just ten necklaces on Instagram, they sold out that same night. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into something much bigger.

After graduating, I decided to pursue Jyshell Creations more seriously. Over time, the brand evolved alongside me. What began with shell jewelry grew into a collection of pieces inspired by the stories, traditions, and experiences that make Hawaiʻi unique.

Today, storytelling is at the heart of everything we create. Each collection is inspired by a memory, a place, or a moment. Whether it's childhood summers spent picking mangoes, time spent by the water, local traditions, or the simple moments that connect us to home, our goal is to transform those experiences into jewelry that feels thoughtful, meaningful, and lasting.

As a small, independently owned business, every collection is designed with intention. We believe jewelry should do more than complement an outfit. It should spark conversation, carry meaning, and remind you of the moments and memories that matter most.

Jyshell Creations is inspired by the people, places, and memories of Hawaiʻi, and created for those who appreciate jewelry with a story to tell.
